This past year has been very special when we look back at our archives; and it's partially thanks to inspiration we got from fellow bloggers and the motivation ignited by our visitors and the Aniblog Tourney. So, thank you for your love and support!
On 31.1.2013 our blog and diaries will officially be 3 years old. In order to celebrate the fact, we've decided to move to Wordpress. Since moving there and getting everything ready till then will occupy quite some time, we'll take another short break from blogging. In the meantime, we'd like to know your honest opinion on our blog and make suggestions that would improve it. Don't be afraid to comment!

Oh yay, I love the Hyouka theme :) I look forward to seeing what your site will look like on Wordpress. Although it's a month early, congratulations on reaching three years as a blog!
ReplyDeleteAs for content, I'm pretty satisfied with the way you two blog now. I like the wide array of topics you two touch on, though I do lean more towards anime than manga since I don't read very much manga. That doesn't mean I want you to lessen that coverage though, since I'm often on the look out for new reads! I also enjoy discussions on art, fashion, and sexuality, so I hope to see more of those.

I've come to get attached to this theme as well, since it gives a home-y feeling and the series is very special in my eyes. But for a fresh start we need a new template; I hope you'll like it, too.
DeleteI think lately we've leaned more towards manga indeed. This has to do with the fact that anime reviews are done by others way better, so unless we have to add something new, we don't want to repeat the same things over. Thus anime will be mainly editorials, I guess. That still depends on many other factors, but we'll see. I really want to write something about Shinsekai when the chance is given. Alas, ideas don't come when you call them...I can promise you, we'll try our best.
Illustrators are a series that will definitely have many parts, so rest assured on this side. Sexuality is complex, therefore I hope there's still enough material to talk about; and we'll have an "education corner" on these matters from other sources. Fashion on the other hand is not an area we're very knowledgeable about and it'll be a bit tough to write sth extensive based on it.
